Start-Up Packages

Through the Back of the Napkin process outlined in her book, podcasts, and website, Ms. Goodrow has created an efficient way to educate, inform, and organize early-stage companies around concrete goals for liability protection and basic tax planning.

GoodBiz.Law believes that people define business relationships – not lawyers.

So we help you figure out the Human Factor and write down your goals clearly so the process of setting up a new company, negotiating your buy-sell, negotiating your lease, and bringing on employees is not too expensive or overwhelming.

We have a fixed fee schedule available for those clients willing to do their homework and be prepared for efficient and focused meetings.

Check out the Back of the Napkin Book: A Start-Up's Legal Path from Idea to Enterprise for information and call to see if this might suit your needs.

Purple Launch

Alicia is an incredible educator. She took part in the RED Launch & Blue Launch programs at the University of Houston and Rice University and helped a cohort of students starting small businesses learn the legal basics of launching their company through interactive and engaging sessions on formation & contracts. She makes the information not only incredibly helpful but also accessible and exciting to students.

Alicia pays it forward by teaching entrepreneurs in community-based programs for small businesses.  During Covid, her in-demand class on Joint Ventures went online.  She will become a regular in our program. Look for more webinars and seminars for M/WBE start-ups and suppliers to Port Houston in 2023.

B2G Victory

Alicia has been my trusted advisor through two business ventures over the past 15 years. She's helped me plan for the future, pivot in the present, and forget the past when necessary. Her big picture perspective and high energy have inspired me to push myself and my team to take calculated risks and undertake new business opportunities. She can work with many different types of personalities and is good at helping individuals ascertain the underlying objectives and personal motivations that are sometimes hidden in business transactions. I'm excited to have her on the B2GVictory Team as we launch this new venture.
